Skilled Nursing

Services performed by a licensed nurse under the orders of a Medical Doctor, include comprehensive health assessments, diabetic management, medication administration/teaching, wound care, management and assessment evaluation of new or current health condition.

Nurse’s Aide

Services performed by a Certified Nurse’s Aide or trained person, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse include bathing, dressing, grooming, caring for nails, hair and oral hygiene. Assistance with feeding,  elimination, ambulation, and transfers.

Therapy

Orders for Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy from a Medical Doctor are performed by a licensed therapist.  Therapies include strengthening exercises, methods to improve completion of daily activities, exercises to improve speech and swallowing.

Personal Assistance Services

Service providers perform daily tasks in the home supervised by agency supervisor. Services include bathing, grooming, escort, meal prep, and light housekeeping. Other services performed are laundry, shopping, medication reminders and assistance with transfers/ambulation.
